FILING A COMPLAINT
At Envisioned Space Tech, a web development company in India, every project is approached with the end result in mind. We believe in shared accountability with our clients. In the event of dissatisfaction, we strive to find mutually acceptable solutions before considering refund requests.
Refunds should only be considered after all efforts to reach a resolution have been exhausted. Our primary aim is to find a compromise that satisfies all parties involved. A refund request should only be initiated if an agreement cannot be reached after a thorough conversation.
ELIGIBILITY
- Full Refund: A full refund will be provided if the project has not commenced or if the proposed design style has not been accepted.
- Partial Refund: After the acceptance of the original design style, if the delivery does not adhere to our delivery policy, a partial refund will be issued based on the work completed.
- No Refund: Project phases that are already underway cannot be refunded. Due to their limited availability and expiration dates, special marketing services cannot be canceled.
Please note that the refund process at Envisioned Space Tech takes up to 5-7 days to complete.
CANCELLATION POLICY OVERVIEW

- Timely Cancellation: To be valid, cancellation requests must be made 24 hours after placing the order and before the project is executed.
- Third-Party Services Exclusion: Services provided by third parties, such as hosting, web development, content creation, and similar services, are not covered by our cancellation policy.
